Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the questions pilgrims ask us most about packages, documents, costs, women's travel and the rites.
What types of Hajj packages do you offer?
Three tiers for Hajj 2027: Economy (BDT 6,35,000), Standard (BDT 7,35,000) and Classic (BDT 8,85,000). All three include flights, visa, government and Mashair fees, three meals a day, hotels in Makkah, Aziziyah and Madinah, Ziyarah and a guide. They differ mainly in how close the hotels are to the Haram.
What is included in an Umrah package?
A return flight on Saudi Airlines, the Umrah visa and insurance, hotels about 600–700 m from the Haram in Makkah and Madinah, airport and intercity transport, Ziyarah with a guide and pre-departure training. Meals are not included in the standard Umrah packages.
How much does Umrah cost from Bangladesh?
Our group Umrah packages start from BDT 1,50,000 per person with quad sharing. The price depends on the month (Ramadan and holidays cost more), the hotel distance and the room type.
How do I book?
Choose a package, send us your passport copy and photo, and pay the booking deposit. We then confirm your seat and tell you the remaining payment dates and the documents still needed.
Which documents are required?
For Umrah: a passport valid for six months, a recent photo, mahram proof if applicable, and biometrics. For Hajj, you also need pre-registration and registration, NID, a medical certificate and the vaccinations in the current Saudi circular. See our Umrah and Hajj requirement pages.
Can women travel without a mahram?
Saudi regulations now allow women to perform Umrah and Hajj in organised groups without a mahram. The Islamic ruling is a matter on which scholars differ, so please consult a scholar you trust. If a mahram travels with you, we need proof of the relationship.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Every pilgrim attends our pre-departure training on the rites, du'as, health and the daily plan, and receives a printed guide.
Can I stay longer in Makkah or Madinah?
Sometimes, within the visa rules and subject to flight and hotel availability. Extra nights cost extra. Ask early so we can plan it.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds depend on how close to departure you cancel and which costs (visa, tickets, hotels) have already been paid to suppliers. The full policy is in our terms and conditions and in your booking form.
Do you help pilgrims with medical needs?
Yes. Tell us at booking, and we can arrange wheelchair assistance, ground-floor or nearer rooms where possible, and extra support from the guide.
What is the difference between Hajj and Umrah?
Hajj is a pillar of Islam, obligatory once for those who are able, and performed only on 8–13 Dhul Hijjah with the rites at Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah. Umrah is a recommended act of worship that can be done at any time of the year. It consists of Ihram, Tawaf, Sa'i and shaving or trimming the hair.
When is the best time for Umrah?
Any time is good. Ramadan has the greatest reward but the biggest crowds and highest prices. November to February is cool and family-friendly. Book two to three months ahead.
Do you offer group or family discounts?
For larger families and organised groups we can often offer better rates or private arrangements. Contact us with your group size.
