Why pre-registration matters

Every pilgrim from Bangladesh, whether travelling with a government or a private agency, must first be pre-registered on the Ministry of Religious Affairs' Hajj management system. Pre-registration gives you a serial number. Final registration for a given year follows that serial, within Bangladesh's quota. The earlier you pre-register, the better your chance of going in the year you intend.

Documents you need

Adult resident of Bangladesh

• NID or passport copyThe details must match exactly the passport you will travel on.
• An active mobile numberUsed for OTPs and official SMS updates about your serial.

Non-resident Bangladeshi (NRB)

• Passport copyA clear colour scan of the information page.
• Birth certificate (colour scan)An online birth registration is preferred.
• Passport-size photo (digital)A recent photo with a white background.
• Mobile number and email addressFor portal access and updates.

Children travelling with parents

• Birth certificate or passport copyOnline birth registration number.
• Digital photoRecent, white background.
• Parent's mobile number and emailAll updates go to the parent.

Fee

The government pre-registration deposit has been BDT 30,000 per person, and it is adjusted against your final Hajj package. Always check the figure in the latest official circular. We will confirm it when you register.
