Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we have received your booking deposit and the documents requested for your package. Package prices are per person in the room type stated (quad sharing unless otherwise noted).

2. Prices

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and are based on airfares, hotel rates, Saudi service charges, government fees and exchange rates at the time of publication. Hajj prices follow the official Government of Bangladesh Hajj package for the season. If a government or supplier cost changes before full payment, we will inform you of any difference before further payment is due.

3. Payments

The remaining balance must be paid by the dates given at booking. Visas and tickets cannot be issued until payment is complete. Please pay only to the official accounts on your invoice.

4. Changes and cancellations

If you cancel, we refund the amount paid minus any costs already paid to suppliers that cannot be recovered (for example visa fees, non-refundable tickets and hotel deposits) and a reasonable service charge. For Hajj, government rules on refunds of registration amounts apply.

5. Visas

Visas are issued at the sole discretion of the Saudi authorities and other embassies. We are not liable for refusals or delays outside our control, although we will do everything we can to help.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for a valid passport, accurate information, your health fitness for travel, and following the rules of Saudi Arabia and the instructions of your group leader.

7. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not responsible for changes caused by government decisions, airline schedule changes, weather, health emergencies or other events outside our control, but we will always work to find the best alternative for you.
