    How early should I book Umrah?

    Two to three months ahead is ideal. That leaves time for the visa and biometrics, and gives you the best hotel and flight choices. For Ramadan and school holidays, book earlier still.

    What does "starts from" price include?

    The return flight, visa, hotels at the listed distance, transport between cities, Ziyarah and a guide. Rooms are quad sharing at the starting price. Triple, double and private rooms cost more, and we show you the exact amount before you confirm.

    Can women travel without a mahram?

    Saudi rules for women over 18 travelling in an organised group have been relaxed. The Islamic ruling is a separate matter, and we recommend asking a scholar you trust. A mahram's relationship proof (marriage or birth certificate) is still needed when one travels with you.

    Do you help with Hajj pre-registration?

    Yes. We register you on the government Hajj portal, pay the pre-registration fee on your behalf and keep you updated on your serial number until your Hajj is confirmed.

    Is training included?

    Yes. Every pilgrim joins our pre-departure training on the rites, du'as, health tips and the day-by-day plan, and receives a printed guide.
